Power couple Sergio and Sheila made the stressful process of house selling/buying go smoothly. They are strong advocates for their clients, are very accessible and get you the answers you need promptly. Sergio and Sheila helped us with a very complicated home search- long distance, during a pandemic, in the hottest seller’s market in history. I cannot thank them enough for their top notch service and responsiveness. After making 3 offers and never finding the house that felt right, we ended up making an offer on a house that they found, realized a market inefficiency on, negotiated hard for us and finally closed the deal. We even had difficult sellers and they were there every step- making sure our contract was properly enforced. They even graciously offered to receive the slow trickle of keys, garage door openers and other objects from sellers as we were doing renovations and living 2000 miles away. We would’ve been lost without their help and can’t wait to enjoy our new home!

Me and my wife were first time home buyers working with an agent prior to switching over. This process is completely new to us, so to some extent we needed our hands held. Our previous agent was very helpful at first but couldn’t adjust to meet our needs or to this crazy market. We worked with them for months and got no where. They even referred me to different handyman and electricians for things we wanted upgraded and so I could compare different quotes. Where to start?! Sergio and Sheila are a great team! My fiancé and I are extremely glad we found them on Realtor.com. We emailed a few other realtors and Sergio and Sheila responded right away, that same day (the other realtors never responded). We had one meeting to get to know each other and we knew immediately that we wanted them to find our home. They are understanding, helpful, caring, great communicators, and patient!
